#### **Services Offered**
We offer a comprehensive range of creative services designed to enhance your brand’s visibility and engagement. Our services include, but are not limited to, print design, signage, packaging, marketing materials, social media management, website creation and maintenance, bespoke content creation, and comprehensive graphic design solutions.
#### **Payment Terms**
We strive for transparency and simplicity in our payment terms. The design process will be quoted upfront, providing a price range when an exact price cannot be determined at the initial stage. This allows for flexibility during planning and adjustments.
Monthly maintenance and marketing services are invoiced separately on a calendar month basis, commencing on a mutually agreed-upon date. Website development projects require a 25% deposit of the estimated total cost upfront, which secures your commitment and enables us to allocate resources effectively.
Expenses for external services (such as print, signage, hosting, and domain costs) must be covered in advance. Payments for these services can be made directly to the supplier or through us, ensuring timely management of all materials and production.
Invoices are due upon receipt.
#### **Monthly Rolling Agreement**
Our social media management and website maintenance services are offered under a flexible monthly rolling agreement. This allows us to adapt to your changing needs without the limitations of a long-term contract. Billing occurs monthly on a predetermined date, providing both parties with clarity and predictability.
#### **Project Timelines and Delivery**
In providing bespoke marketing services, including content creation for websites and social media, we emphasise the importance of mutual agreement on project timelines. Whether utilising imagery provided by you or our own stock images, sufficient lead time is essential for the creation of high-quality, customised content.
We commit to working collaboratively with you to establish realistic deadlines that accommodate the creative process while meeting your marketing objectives. Timely communication and provision of necessary resources or approvals from your side will greatly aid in adhering to these timelines. Our goal is to ensure that all content is delivered to your satisfaction, within the agreed timeframe.
#### **Content Usage**
We grant you the rights to use all completed designs (including flyers, posters, logos, and marketing materials), enabling you to distribute them across any desired platforms. However, you are not permitted to edit, update, or create derivative works based on the original designs provided by RR Creative without prior written permission. This ensures quality and consistency, and any unauthorised derivative work will be considered a breach of the original agreement and copyright law.
#### **Confidentiality**
Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during our collaboration. This mutual agreement ensures the protection of sensitive data.
#### **Website Continuity**
Websites developed by RR Creative will remain active as long as the necessary fees for hosting and domain registration are maintained. Monthly fees for maintenance and updates represent an additional service.
Should you decide to discontinue these services, we will no longer perform updates or maintain your site, and we may remove it if payments for hosting and domain registration lapse or are unpaid. The hosting and domain holder may also remove access entirely, which could result in the loss of your chosen domain. Responsibility for managing and continuing payment of external hosting and domain fees rests with the client unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for any loss of business or continuity due to lack of upkeep or payment on your part.
#### **Disclaimer on Client-Provided Content**
All information and instructions provided to us by the client are accepted in good faith, assuming that the client has the necessary rights and permissions to use them. While we use best practices to ensure that all content is accurate and valid, RR Creative is not responsible for any loss or misuse arising from the content provided to us. Any loss, misinformation, or legal repercussions due to the content given to us is the sole responsibility of the client.
#### **Professional Indemnity Insurance**
We hold professional indemnity insurance up to £1 million. This insurance provides an added layer of protection for both our clients and us, ensuring that any potential claims of professional negligence or errors are covered. It underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable services and offers peace of mind to our clients.
#### **Limitation of Liability**
RR Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
#### **Amendment Clause**
RR Creative reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
#### **Client Responsibilities**
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback to avoid project delays. This includes promptly providing necessary resources and approvals to ensure that project timelines are met.
#### **Portfolio Usage**
RR Creative reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon. This showcases our work and allows us to demonstrate our capabilities to prospective clients.
#### **Privacy and Cookies Policy**

We collect data solely for executing specific projects, such as DNS settings for websites and Google Business profile setups. We do not access or process data unrelated to these purposes, such as emails or payment information.
We implement stringent security measures to protect your data. Personal data is not retained post-project completion and is securely purged from our systems.
